Structure:
Aluminum honeycomb panels utilize high-strength 3003 aluminum alloy panels and a high-density aluminum honeycomb core. Standard panel thicknesses are 0.8mm and 1.0mm, with overall panel thicknesses of 10mm, 15mm, and 25mm. Other specifications and sizes can be designed and manufactured upon request to meet diverse application needs.
Material:
Aluminum panels: Primarily made of high-quality 3003H24 aluminum alloy or 5052AH14 high-manganese alloy, with a carbon roller-coated plate thickness of 0.8-1.5mm. Aluminum Base Plate: Base plate thickness is 0.5-1.0mm.
Aluminum Honeycomb: The core material uses a hexagonal 3003H24 aluminum honeycomb core with an aluminum thickness of 0.04-0.07mm and a side length of 5-6mm.
Adhesive: Two-component epoxy film and two-component modified epoxy resin are used.
