• Surface Treatments: Anodizing ≥10 μm, powder coating ≥60 μm, electrophoresis, fluorocarbon, wood grain finish, salt spray test ≥1000 h without blistering.
• Capabilities:
– Twelve in-house extrusion lines ranging from 660 to 2500 T, with a maximum circumscribed diameter of 350 mm;
– One-stop CNC machining centers, laser welding, stamping, and drilling services available;
• Applications: Curtain wall keels, door and window frames, advertising frames, LED light troughs, automation equipment frames, and rail vehicle interiors.
