Aluminum Composite Panel

• Structure: Upper and lower 0.3–0.5 mm aluminum panels sandwich a flame-retardant B1-grade core material, with a total thickness of 2–6 mm.
• Coating: Kynar 500® PVDF fluorocarbon paint, 25-year fade resistance; available in a full range of mirror, brushed, stone, wood, high-gloss, and matte finishes.
• Performance:

– Weighing 3.8–5.5 kg/m², only 1/8 the weight of stone, making it the preferred choice for high-rise buildings.

– Peel strength ≥ 7 N/mm, temperature resistance -50°C to +80°C, impact resistance 50 kg·cm without cracking.

– Can be bent, grooved, and engraved to create arcs, folded lines, and 3D shapes.

• Applications: Commercial podiums, signage, building renovations, column cladding, and exhibition displays.
